Commercial systems and outsourced RevOps

RevOps implementation + ongoing administration

You hire the sales reps.
We manage the systems.

IT Hub builds Addi AI’s commercial systems, then becomes your go-to RevOps administrator and manager—for the CRM, workflows, reporting, and systems onboarding your sales team uses.

What we do. What you get.

01

Build the commercial foundation

Configure your CRM, Beta lifecycle, Studio pipeline, ownership rules, and agreed source connections.

What this puts in place

One defined place to record accounts, assign owners, and track the next action.

02

Configure the daily workflows

Deliver two supervised workflows, an internal AI-assisted brief, and one dashboard.

What this puts in place

Tested routing, review-ready follow-up drafts, and reporting built on agreed definitions.

03

Be your ongoing RevOps contact

Administer the systems, handle approved changes, and onboard new reps to the tools within your service plan.

What this puts in place

A named systems owner, a prioritized request queue, and documented work—without assigning this scope to a dedicated internal RevOps hire.

A defined scope. A clear price.

Begin with the diagnostic. Authorize the build separately. Add monthly support only if you want it.

01 · Start here

System diagnostic

$4,000 fixed fee

Approximately 2 weeks after access and inputs.

  • Review systems, data, and ownership.
  • Map the workflows and dependencies.
  • Deliver a build specification and final quote.

You get: a documented plan you can evaluate before committing to implementation.

02 · Separately approved

Core implementation

$15,000 indicative

Final fixed fee after diagnostic. Approximately 6 weeks.

  • One CRM, one Beta lifecycle, one Studio pipeline.
  • Two supervised workflows, one brief, one dashboard.
  • Acceptance tests, runbooks, and two training sessions.

You get: the agreed configuration, tested and documented for handoff.

03 · Optional monthly service

RevOps administration

$4,000 / month

Up to 12 human service hours per month.

  • CRM, routing, and existing-report changes.
  • Weekly log, exception, and usage reviews.
  • Issue triage and scheduled rep systems onboarding.

You get: an administration queue and a monthly record of work, issues, and hours.

03 · Alternative monthly service

Administration + management

$7,000 / month

Up to 20 human service hours per month.

  • Administration services, plus a weekly working session.
  • Requirements gathering and a prioritized change plan.
  • Approved process changes, release tests, and runbooks.

You get: ongoing coordination of systems work with your commercial lead.

USD. Except for the SuperSeller access included below, software, operational AI usage, media spend, and applicable taxes are additional. The monthly plans are alternatives, not cumulative charges.

Implementation scope and service limits

The build includes up to two inbound source systems, one CRM, one existing sender’s supported draft interface, one clean import of up to 2,000 company/contact records combined, up to two templates per selected workflow, and a dashboard with up to eight metrics. Workflow options: Studio inquiry follow-up, onboarding-status guidance, or post-campaign review—select two after checking the available data and controls.

Meetings, reviews, onboarding, and delivery work count toward monthly capacity. Recurring reviews are allocated first; other requests are prioritized within remaining hours. Unused hours do not roll over. New connectors, major builds, and excess work require written scope approval. More sales reps do not automatically expand the retainer. No full-time, unlimited, or 24/7 coverage is included.

Additional IT Hub capabilities · separately scoped

From prospect data to outreach and deal support.

IT Hub can build and manage the GTM workflows around your sales team: Instantly campaigns, Clay automations, custom pages, deal rooms, and signal-driven tasks. Select the work you need; each package has its own agreed scope.

01

Automated outreach with Instantly

Configure approved sending accounts, prospect segments, email sequences, schedules, and sending limits. Set up reply routing, suppression lists, unsubscribe handling, and stop-on-reply rules.

What you get

A tested campaign setup with documented pause controls and reporting. Automated sending starts only after Addi AI approves the audience, copy, schedule, limits, and compliance requirements. Reps own the conversations; inbox placement, replies, and meetings are not guaranteed.

02

Clay automations and enrichment

Build tables for target accounts and contacts, configure enrichment waterfalls and qualification rules, and connect approved CRM or campaign destinations through supported integrations.

What you get

A repeatable data workflow with field mapping, deduplication, missing-data flags, credit limits, and test records. Agree the sources, fields, volumes, and refresh cadence upfront; contact coverage and accuracy depend on source data.

03

Custom landing pages

Create pages for Addi Studio, a target segment, partner referrals, or a specific campaign. Deliver offer copy, FAQs, a clear call to action, and responsive desktop and mobile layouts.

What you get

An approved page with tested links and layout, plus agreed forms or booking links, CRM field mapping, and tracking events where supported. Include source files and launch handoff; hosting and domain access are agreed before deployment.

04

Buyer-specific deal rooms

Build a dedicated page for an active opportunity with the approved proposal, relevant demos, FAQs, commercial documents, action owners, and next steps.

What you get

One organized place to share the materials for a deal. Define update ownership, expiry, and any supported access or viewing analytics. Confidential content requires an approved authenticated platform—not an unprotected share link.

05

Signals and intent-informed workflows

Connect approved sources for events such as funding, hiring, account changes, form submissions, product activity, or licensed intent data. Define filters, thresholds, and routing rules.

What you get

Source-linked alerts, CRM tasks, or a review queue explaining what triggered each item. A signal is a reason to review an account—not proof of buying intent. Coverage and freshness depend on the selected providers.

06

Sales enablement and campaign reporting

Create discovery guides, objection-handling notes, message templates, and rep playbooks. Configure agreed campaign-source fields and activity reports.

What you get

Editable sales materials and reporting with documented definitions and data gaps. Addi AI owns product claims, pricing, coaching, and closing; IT Hub owns the agreed systems work.

Prioritize during the diagnostic. Before work begins, agree quantities, integrations, revisions, acceptance tests, timeline, fees, and any ongoing administration capacity. These are IT Hub-delivered services, not automatically included SuperSeller skills. Existing package prices and hour limits remain unchanged. Vendor subscriptions, data credits, mailboxes, domains, hosting, and usage are separate; no unlimited service or commercial outcome is promised.

Included with your IT Hub engagement

SuperSeller access. Included while we work together.

A Slack-based sales assistant for contact enrichment and list processing, paired with IT Hub’s scoped systems support.

Prospect details, ready for review

Request contact enrichment and receive available business contact details in Slack. Give reps a starting point for outreach preparation—not a guarantee that every email or phone number can be found.

A defined process for prospect lists

Submit supported contact lists for enrichment through the configured workflow. Reps get a repeatable way to request and review prospect data, with formats and volume limits agreed upfront.

During the engagement: complimentary access

Addi AI receives free access to SuperSeller for the full duration of its active engagement with IT Hub, including ongoing RevOps service. No separate SuperSeller access fee during that time.

After the engagement: discounted pricing

Keep using SuperSeller at a discounted client rate after your IT Hub engagement ends. Continued access is optional; the rate and terms will be agreed in writing.

Access scope, usage allowances, and post-engagement pricing will be defined in the written agreement. Third-party software, AI usage, and media spend remain separate.

We manage RevOps systems. You lead sales.

IT Hub owns the agreed systems work

Configuration, administration, workflow tests, reporting setup, documentation, and systems onboarding.

Addi AI owns the commercial decisions

Hiring and managing reps, strategy, coaching, quotas, customer relationships, approvals, and closing.

Your accounts. Your approvals.

Addi AI owns its operational accounts and pays vendors directly. IT Hub manages delegated access and configuration. Devin is the proposed third-party internal assistant, subject to technical and security approval—not proprietary IT Hub software. Core customer-message workflows start in draft/approval mode. Separately scoped automated outreach requires explicit campaign approval before sending and agreed suppression and pause controls. Autonomous ad spend, pricing changes, and refunds are excluded.

Delivery depends on authorized access, usable data, supported interfaces, and timely approvals. Success is measured by agreed deliverables and tests—not revenue, conversion, savings, ROI, or rep performance. Expanded workload may require additional service capacity or an internal hire.

The next step

Agree the diagnostic.
Then decide what to build.

Confirm the diagnostic scope and kickoff date with IT Hub. You receive the plan and implementation quote; proceeding further is your decision.

$4,000

One diagnostic. No automatic retainer.
